Order Processing Time: We take great care in crafting and packaging our chocolates to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for order processing, During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or adding/removing items, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery
Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within India. Please note that certain remote areas may have limited or extended delivery options. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 days. Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Shipping During Warm Weather: As chocolates are sensitive to heat, we take precautions during warm weather conditions.
